Faith Family and Determination AFC Home
has been established to provide Specialized Services to mentally III and developmental disabled males and females ages 20 to 80.
Our staff here at Faith Family and Determination AFC Home will provide physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs for each resident, be capable of appropriately handling emergency situations.
In home services will Include proper hygiene, supervision, personal care, protection, room and board, meals, proper attire, washing clothes, medication, how to fill out agency papers, shopping, spiritual illumination, weekly outings, how to go to the doctors office, how to use the transit system, how to schedule appointments, how to write a letter or check and safe sex.
