offers assistance to help the consumer achieve self-sufficiency.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

We provide for consumers who require assistance with blood glucose check, readings, bathing treatments as ordered by physicians. Incontinence care Is provided with dignity and respect. Incontinence supplies are provided at an extra cost.

PERSONAL ADJUSTMENTS

Personal adjustment services will be provided to consumers through counseling and individual therapy with rehabilitative affiliated adult placement agencies.

SOCIAL EDUCATION

Social education training will be provided Including recreational participation such as group programs, community and recreational facilities utilization, Programming will be available to train residents in basic self-care skills, In house activities, daily living, usage of community resources, hazard training, individual and group programs of therapy and education, recreational programming field trips, skill maintenance and special training.
